This three-part course is designed to support the process of unlocking deeper insight and understanding of the unique talents, strengths and style found first in you, and then in your key relationships! The course workbook and accompanying DVD will help you discover your personal style of communication, and how to wield that style to build trust and motivate others to fulfill a great vision and mission.

Part 1 is all about “Motivators” and explores the results of your Personal Motivators and Engagement (PME) Assessment.

Part 2 is about “Behaviors” and walks you through your DISC Assessment.

Part 3 is about Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Emotional Quotient (EQ), and includes other helpful communication tips.
